Sony Philippines launched the new ULT TOWER 5, ULT TOWER 7, and ULT TOWER MAX at Beyond the Beat: The Next-Level ULT POWER SOUND Experience on September 19 at COVE Manila, Okada Manila. The event also introduced SB19 as the newest addition to the Sony ULT Squad, alongside performances from KAIA, Maki, Jeremy G, A-Team, and Carlos Serrano III.
The new ULT POWER SOUND lineup takes center stage with three new tower speakers designed around stronger low-frequency performance. Sony equipped the speakers with newly developed large circular woofers, large-capacity speaker cabinets, and ULT DUCT to deliver deeper bass across the lineup.
The ULT TOWER MAX sits at the top of the new lineup with the strongest bass performance in the ULT POWER SOUND series. The ULT TOWER 7 pairs stage-worthy sound with a portable design, while the more compact ULT TOWER 5 adds karaoke and DJ capabilities for smaller gatherings.
Guests got a closer look at the speakers through several interactive zones at the event. Step into the Beat featured an arcade-inspired setup with stacked ULT Towers and a dance pad. ULT Selfie Club offered a dedicated photo area, while ULT Cover Star combined ULT Field speakers with designer pieces from Alser Lumawag. The Bass District and Karaoke Lounges added more spaces for guests to experience the new lineup.
KAIA also performed at the event, followed by Maki, who delivered his signature set. SB19 closed the night as the newest members of the Sony ULT Squad, marking their first appearance with the group.
The new ULT speakers are now available at Sony Centres and authorized dealers nationwide. The lineup includes the ULT TOWER MAX, ULT TOWER 7, and ULT TOWER 5.
