POCO has officially launched the POCO X8s and POCO X8 in the Philippines. Both smartphones will be available starting November 6, with introductory prices from Php 21,999 during the first-day sale period until November 15, 2026.
The POCO X8s headlines the new lineup with a compact design, a 6.35-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, and a 6,330 mAh battery. It also features a triple-camera system with a 50MP main camera, 50MP telephoto camera, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera.
POCO X8s features a 120Hz AMOLED display and 100W charging
Designed for comfortable one-handed use, the POCO X8s measures 8.06mm thick and weighs 187g. It features a micro-curved aluminum frame and glass back, with a camera module that matches the phone's body color. It will be available in Black, Blue, and White.
On the front, the smartphone sports a 6.35-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with ultra-thin 1.18mm bezels and up to 3,500 nits of multi-scenario peak brightness. It also supports POCO's first 1–120Hz Adaptive refresh rate Pro, which adjusts the refresh rate to balance smooth visuals and power efficiency.
The display also carries three TÜV Rheinland eye-care certifications. For security, the POCO X8s comes with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor that supports wet-touch recognition.
For photography, the POCO X8s features a triple-camera setup led by a 50MP Light Fusion 800 main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). It is joined by a 50MP 2.5x telephoto camera and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. The Live Moment feature also supports up to 1080p video.
Under the hood, the smartphone runs on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 Mobile Platform. POCO also integrates its 3D IceLoop cooling system to help manage temperatures during intensive tasks, gaming, and multitasking.
The POCO X8s packs a 6,330mAh battery with 100W HyperCharge support. It also supports 22.5W wired reverse charging, allowing users to power compatible devices. Other features include IP68 dust and water resistance and dual speakers.
POCO X8s and POCO X8 Philippine prices
The POCO X8s will be available in two storage configurations: 8GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB. The 8GB+256GB variant has a suggested retail price (SRP) of Php 24,999 but will be available for Php 22,999 during the promotional period. Meanwhile, the 12GB+512GB variant has an SRP of Php 27,999 and a special sale price of Php 25,999.
Meanwhile, the POCO X8 will also come in two configurations: 8GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB. The base 8GB+256GB variant has an SRP of Php 23,999 and a promotional price of Php 21,999. The higher 12GB+512GB configuration will sell for Php 24,999, down from its regular price of Php 26,999.
