Audio brand Shokz officially launched the Shokz OpenFit Pro in the Philippines. The new wireless earbuds feature open-ear noise reduction technology. This system actively cancels background sounds while users maintain full awareness of their environment.
The company equipped the earbuds with a SuperBoost 11 by 20-millimeter synchronized dual-diaphragm driver. This hardware delivers lower distortion and a wider frequency response for deep bass and detailed highs. Shokz also optimized the audio output for Dolby Atmos and included spatial audio support.
A triple-microphone system powers the noise cancellation features. An ear-adaptive algorithm predicts inbound environmental sounds. The earbuds then generate reverse sound waves to neutralize the external noise. Artificial intelligence call noise reduction technology also eliminates up to 99.4 percent of background interruptions in voice calls.
The Shokz OpenFit Pro provides up to 12 hours of continuous playback on a single charge. The included battery case extends the total battery life to 50 hours. Users gain four hours of playtime after a quick 10-minute charge. The case also supports Qi wireless power standards.
The design utilizes ultra-soft silicone and a flexible nickel-titanium ear hook for a secure fit. Shokz added IP55 water and dust resistance to protect the device from sweat. The earbuds connect via Bluetooth 6.1 and support multipoint connections across two different devices simultaneously. Consumers can purchase the device at Power Mac Center for PHP 14,990.
