The HONOR 400 is now available in Smart Stores nationwide and through the Smart Online Shop, bundled with Smart Signature Plan Plus 1499.
The phone, first launched in the Philippines last June 17, generated strong demand and sold out in just four days. HONOR has since partnered with Smart to make the device accessible with its postpaid plans.

The HONOR 400 features a sleek design, AI-powered performance, and 5G connectivity. It is available in Desert Gold, Tidal Blue, and Midnight Black. Each plan subscription includes a free JISULIFE Handheld Pro 1S, offered until September 30, 2025.
Smart Signature Plan Plus 1499 provides unlimited 5G data for 12 months, 40 GB to 120 GB of data for six months, unlimited all-net calls and texts, unlimited landline calls (excluding special numbers), and a free Netflix Mobile Plan or Php 149 discount on an existing plan. Customers also get 20 GB of extra data for six months.
The HONOR 400 under Smart is available at a total device cost of Php 19,700 with 0% downpayment, payable via all major credit cards.
With Smart’s Video-over-LTE (ViLTE) feature, exclusive to Smart Postpaid users, HONOR 400 owners can enjoy high-definition video calls directly through the default Phone app without third-party applications. ViLTE is supported only between two Smart users, with at least one on a Smart Postpaid plan, and requires the device to be updated to version 9.0.0.165.
