iPhone 5 vs Samsung Galaxy S III: the Inevitable Battle

We have seen the comparison between the two iPhone generations earlier. Now, I’ll try to pit the newly-announced iPhone 5 to the current king of smartphones, the Galaxy S III. Coming from the best of both Apple and Android worlds, these two handsets will definitely join the unavoidable battle of being the most popular device.

Now that iPhone 5 has a bigger 4-inch screen, it became more proficient to be pitted against the larger-than-life frame of the Korean monster phone.

Basing on their vital statistics, specifications goes neck-in-neck. Noticibly, iPhone 5 is not NFC-enabled. However we could hardly tell that it is a deal-breaker, not this year where mobile payment system is not that significant yet. It is very obvious though that Google Play is gaining momentum to overtake the App Store’s 700,000 + apps. Well, those who want a decent display size would love to have the Galaxy S III but the iPhone 5 has a significant amount of “retina” display on its screen.

So the question will be thrown at potential buyers this year. In what bandwagon are you going to have your crusade to the best platform?
