GCash intros GSukli to send store change directly to wallets

GCash has launched GSukli, a new feature that lets customers send their cash change directly to their GCash wallets instead of receiving coins at participating stores.

GCash GSukli digital change feature at Bench stores in the Philippines

GSukli is currently available at all Bench stores nationwide. Customers only need to provide their registered GCash mobile number to the cashier to receive their change digitally.

The feature covers change amounts of up to PHP 199.99. GCash sends an SMS confirmation after the amount reaches the customer's wallet. The service gives loose change a digital route after everyday purchases. Customers can use the wallet balance for bills, mobile load, transfers, and online shopping.

For now, Bench serves as the first retail partner for GSukli. GCash said more Suyen Corporation brands will follow. The process is straightforward: provide the registered GCash number at checkout, receive up to PHP 199.99 in digital change, then check the SMS confirmation.

For shoppers who rarely carry coins, GSukli puts those small amounts to work without adding another step to the checkout process.
