Insta360 has officially launched the Insta360 X6 in the Philippines, with the new flagship 8K 360 camera now available to local consumers. The Philippine launch took place at a media roundtable in Bonifacio Global City, where media, creators, and industry partners got a first look at the camera.
The Insta360 X6 uses custom dual Sony 1/1.1-inch square sensors for its 360 imaging system. It supports native 8K video at 50fps, 10-bit color, and native in-camera Dolby Vision.
The camera supports 360 capture, subject tracking, and single-lens shooting. Additionally, users can capture their surroundings in 360 degrees, record flat 4K footage through InstaFrame 2.0, or switch to single-lens mode for a more traditional action camera setup.
The Insta360 X6 also comes with a 2,600 mAh Xtreme Battery that can record up to 140 minutes of 8K30fps 360 video. Its Star-Ridge cooling system helps maintain stable performance during extended 8K recording. The camera also has 64GB of built-in storage, with 47GB available for use.
The X6 adds AI features through Insta360 PanoMind, the company’s first 360-native AI model. AI Director can analyze footage while the camera charges and create highlight edits in the Insta360 app. Auto Edit 2.0 can also create a complete edit from one or multiple clips with framing, camera movement, cuts, music, and transitions.
The camera also supports I-Log and 10-bit recording, along with Insta360 Studio and Insta360+ cloud-based editing tools for more advanced workflows.
Insta360 X6 Price, Availability in the Philippines
Insta360 Philippines will also continue its hands-on workshops through authorized retail partners and local communities. The activities will cover travel, motorcycle riding, cycling, outdoor sports, filmmaking, and other creative uses for 360 cameras.
The Insta360 X6 is now available in the Philippines through authorized Insta360 retailers nationwide and official online channels. The Standard Bundle costs Php 45,390 and includes the X6, USB-C cable, protective pouch, and lens cloth.
The Essentials Bundle costs Php 49,990. It adds an extra Xtreme Battery, 114cm Invisible Selfie Stick, Lens Cap, and Fast Charge Case to the standard package.
