The POCO F8 Pro follows the current POCO design formula that leans toward a flat aesthetic with a symmetrical structure. We have the Titanium Silver colorway and oh boy, I feel like I'm using a phone from the fruit brand, design-wise. The back panel has a clean look with a matte-titanium finish that does not pick up fingerprints easily. The camera module sits in the top-left corner of the panel and is framed by a piece of raised glass that also carries the “Sound by Bose” branding. The raised glass section, however, is prone to smudges. Overall, the design feels premium for its segment.
The layout blends well with the rest of the body, and even though the camera protrusion is not that pronounced, the phone still wobbles on a flat surface. The sides support a flat frame which curves subtly towards the back. This gives the phone a confident feel when held. I also noticed how the corners have a slightly softer curve which helps reduce hand strain during long sessions of scrolling or watching videos.

I opened multiple apps, switched between social media platforms, used messaging apps, and checked emails. Everything ran fluidly.
In gaming, the POCO F8 Pro handled titles like Mobile Legends, Call of Duty Mobile, and Genshin Impact without major issues. High settings worked well on most titles and it also supports 120Hz-compatible gaming apps.

I also took advantage of POCO's Game Turbo software which enables me to optimize display, performance, and even interact with my casual smartphone activities while in-game.
When it comes to streaming content, the POCO F8 Pro is also a performer. Given the company's partnership with BOSE, the POCO F8 Pro comes with dual 1115F speakers that deliver clear and balanced audio, making music, videos, and games sound fuller. POCO worked with Bose to create two sound profiles that match different listening preferences. "Dynamic" boosts the bass for a richer and more powerful feel, while "Balanced" focuses on clearer vocals and a more even sound.
These sound profiles adjust well depending on what you’re doing. Games feel more energetic with stronger impact, social videos sound clearer, and movies get a deeper, more immersive audio. Of course, this elevates the experience when consuming content, especially when using the loudspeakers. In fact, I watched the first four episodes of Stranger Things 5 with this phone. The speakers produce clear mids and highs with acceptable bass response. The sound stage feels wide enough for games and shows. Volume levels can go loud without distortion.
The phone also includes an in-display fingerprint scanner that unlocks the device quickly. The scanner maintains accuracy and works with minimal delay. Face unlock also works well, although I prefer the fingerprint scanner because of its higher security. It's also worth noting that POCO added eSIM support for this model.
The POCO F8 Pro registered a total score of 2,980,717 in our AnTuTu Benchmark test. On Geekbench, it posted 8,958 for multi-core and 2,864 for single-core performance. I did not encounter random crashes, and overall system optimization shows clear improvement.

Animations feel more consistent, multitasking is better handled, and system-level efficiencies reduce stutters during daily use. Battery Life and Charging
The 6210mAh battery surprised me with how long it actually lasts. I could go through a full day of shooting, scrolling, and watching videos without worrying about running out of power.
