OPPO's Customer Care Services is now more convenient as the company strengthens contactless transactions in OPPO Service Centers nationwide.
For safety and convenience in-store, OPPO has partnered with several mobile payment platforms to fully implement cashless payment options. Customers who are visiting service centers nationwide for smartphone repairs and other services can now pay using Gcash, GrabPay, HelloMoney, Alipay, Union Pay, Home Credit Pay, and Wechat Pay.
Schedule a visit ahead on OPPO Service Center
You may schedule a visit to your preferred service center via call. A customer representative will then assist you on your preferred schedule of visit. For residents of NCR, Door-to-Door service is also an option but with limited number of home service requests per day only.
