Globe streamlines GlobeOne and Globe at Home apps to make it easier for their users to manage their respective accounts. GlobeOne and Globe at Home apps offer straightforward monitoring and tracking of usage, easy access to bills, quick load purchases, balance payments, and even requesting tech support.

Globe is offering these solutions as an alternative platform for customers' concerns and transactions that are usually catered by visiting a Globe Store. Globe understands, that amid this pandemic, customers don't have to step out of your house to find solutions and services.

Customers can now download the apps for free and have their concerns resolved within minutes, without having to wait for their turn or step out of their homes.

Globe wants GlobeOne to be its users' digital companion for Globe Postpaid, Globe Business and Prepaid subscribers. This app allows them to access their billing statements, monitor their data consumption, check their rewards points and even buy load credits.

On the other hand, the Globe at Home app allows Broadband and Prepaid Wifi subscribers to easily track their data usage, add volume boosts and even upgrade their plan subscription.

GlobeOne and Globe at Home apps are now available for download. You can register in the app by using your email or third party credentials like Google, Facebook or Yahoo Mail. After registration, users can enroll the their existing mobile number. Of course, customers may also dial *143# and chat with Globe Telecom’s FB Messenger to do self-service transactions.
