Apple refreshes the 9.7-inch iPad line with a faster processor and a cheaper price tag. This early 2017 slate from the Cupertino company is simply referred to as the “iPad” by the company’s head honcho.
Apple iPad (Early 2017)
This
version replaces the iPad Air 2 in Apple’s portfolio of devices. The newer iPad
comes with an Apple A9 processor which is basically the same applications
processor that you found in the iPhone 6s.
What’s
even more interesting is the fact that the new iteration of the best-selling
tablet in the world is cheaper than the iPad Air 2. The base model, 32GB WiFi
variant is only priced at USD 329 which is more or less Php 16,500 in today’s
foreign exchange rate. Moreover, the cellular 32GB model is priced at USD 459
(approx. Php 23,000).
You
can still get it in Silver, Space Gray and Gold hues.
