Apple updates iTunes to 10.7, available for download this October

Apple announces to update the current version of iTunes to v10.7 in line with the “rainpour” of newer iDevices. The recent update promises simplified music experience and seamless iCloud updates along with the bug fixes, performance enhancement and support for the newer iPods with Lightning docks.

The update will come this October and will deeply integrate the iTunes app to the iTunes Store. This will also enhance the web-browsing experience although everything seems to be fine already.

The new Music library will offer different kind of bump up. It will makes it easier to categorize Music, Movies, etc. The simplified Miniplayer is the small toolbar that skips to the next song and searches something new to play. Likewise, an Up Next feature will see which songs will be playing on queue.

iCloud feature will also be enhanced like the “hassle-free synching” will automagically put your purchased songs on your library regardless on the device it was purchased in. iTunes will also remember where you left off in your movies and shows.
