MANILA – ASUS Philippines has expanded its warranty and after-sales support program, offering longer coverage and additional service benefits for select laptops, desktops, all-in-one PCs, and gaming devices starting June 8, 2026.

The ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program aims to provide students, professionals, creators, and gamers with greater peace of mind as they prepare for the new school year. The initiative focuses on warranty coverage, preventive maintenance, device protection, and service accessibility.
With laptops now central to schoolwork, content creation, and remote collaboration, after-sales support has become an important factor for buyers. ASUS says the updated program is designed to support customers throughout the life of their devices.
ASUS Expands Warranty Coverage and Device Protection
Under the updated program, ASUS flagship laptops such as the ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG series will now include a three-year international and local warranty. ASUS and ROG desktops, along with ASUS all-in-one PCs, will continue to receive a three-year local warranty.
Meanwhile, Vivobook, Vivobook Go, ASUS Series, ASUS Gaming, TUF Gaming laptops, and ROG Ally handheld devices will retain their two-year international and local warranty coverage.
Eligible ASUS and ROG laptops and handhelds will also continue to include one year of Local Accidental Damage Protection (LADP), also known as ASUS Perfect Warranty. The coverage includes accidental damage not covered under the standard manufacturer's warranty.

Additional ASUS Service Benefits
ASUS has also expanded several service programs under the initiative.
Customers with eligible devices can now claim up to six free preventive maintenance services during the warranty period. The service includes professional cleaning and general device care through participating ASUS service centers.
The company has also doubled its replacement period from seven days to 14 days, giving buyers additional time to report eligible product concerns after purchase.
Owners of select flagship laptops, including ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG models, will also gain access to local on-site service support. This allows qualified repairs and service requests without the need to visit a service center.
ASUS says customers can also access support through more than 100 authorized service centers in the Philippines and its international service network across more than 90 countries.
The enhanced warranty packages are available for eligible ASUS and ROG products purchased and activated through authorized retailers in the Philippines beginning June 8, 2026.
