Nothing Phone (4a) Series now official: Specs, Pricing Guide

Nothing officially launched the Nothing Phone (4a) and the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro. The new Android smartphones bring upgraded Qualcomm Snapdragon processors, refined transparent designs, and high-refresh-rate OLED displays to the market. 

The standard Nothing Phone (4a) has a 6.78-inch 120Hz OLED screen; while the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro steps up to a larger 6.83-inch 144Hz AMOLED display and an aluminum unibody design. Both models retain the signature transparent rear panel. The base model screen reaches a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, and the Pro version reaches 5,000 nits.

Qualcomm Snapdragon chips power the new smartphone lineup. The standard model utilizes the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, and the Pro version relies on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4. Buyers can choose configurations with 8GB or 12GB of RAM. The devices also provide 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.

Nothing equipped both devices with a triple rear camera system. The setup includes a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. The standard model utilizes a Samsung GN9 main sensor, whereas the Pro model utilizes a Sony LYTIA-700C main sensor. A 32-megapixel front camera handles selfies on both devices.

A 5,080 mAh battery supplies power to both the Phone (4a) and the Phone (4a) Pro. The two models support 50W fast wired power input. They also support 7.5W reverse wired power output.

Nothing Phone (4a)

The smartphones feature an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance. Gorilla Glass 7i protects the display on the standard model. On the back panel, the base model features a standard Glyph Bar. The Pro model upgrades to the more advanced Glyph Matrix.

The devices run Android 16 with the Nothing OS 4.1 interface. The company promises three years of Android system upgrades for both models. It also guarantees six years of security patches.

Nothing Phone (4a) Pro

The Nothing Phone (4a) series accepts pre-orders in multiple regions. The standard Phone (4a) starts at INR 31,999, GBP 349, and EUR 349. The Pro variant begins at INR 39,999, GBP 499, EUR 479, and USD 499. The base model comes in black, white, blue, and pink, and the Pro model comes in black, silver, and pink.
