HCPH shared the milestone during its event, Future Focus: Building Tomorrow Together. The company highlighted its expansion from a single booth in 2013 with only 33 customers to its current reach of 18,000 partner stores and 10,000 sales associates across the country.

“From 33 customers from our first day to 12 million we’ve served today, every milestone reflects our mission of making modern living more attainable - whether through a smartphone, a home appliance, or mobility solutions,” said Puneet Suneja, Chief Sales Officer of HCPH.
Financing for premium smartphones remains a key driver of growth. iPhone financing reached Php 10 billion in 2024 and is projected to double to Php 20 billion by the end of 2025.
The company also reported strong performance in household appliances. During peak season, HCPH financed 700 refrigerators, 1,400 televisions, and 1,100 air conditioners daily, reflecting rising demand for comfort and convenience at home.

Mobility financing continues to expand. The Philippines ranks fifth globally in motorcycle demand, according to motorcycledata.com. HCPH has financed nearly 70,000 motorcycles and e-bikes since January 2024, amounting to Php 4.5 billion.
Beyond consumer financing, Home Credit Protect offers Borrower Protection and Device Protection. As of August 2025, HCPH released over Php 1.75 billion in claims, with nearly 70,000 devices repaired or replaced under the program.
“For as low as Php 3 a day, the same price as a pandesal, customers can protect their purchases, extend product life, and secure coverage for themselves and their families. With Home Credit Protect, they don’t just safeguard their devices; they gain confidence knowing they and their loved ones are covered,” Suneja said.
HCPH also underscored its role in driving economic growth. By expanding smartphone adoption, enabling appliance upgrades, and providing mobility access, the company contributes to higher productivity and quality of life for Filipinos.
“With our scale and expertise, Home Credit is not only serving individual customers but also contributing to economic activity,” said Sheila Paul, Chief Marketing Officer of HCPH. “We are on track to exceed last year’s performance and will continue supporting a new generation of Filipinos seeking access to technology, comfort, and convenience in everyday life.”
