MANILA, PHILIPPINES. Acer Day 2024, held at the MOA Arena on August 4, 2024, was both a celebration and affirmation of Acer’s commitment to pushing boundaries. Under the theme “AI'm Limitless,” the event spotlighted the latest in Acer’s tech innovations, designed to enhance user experiences and unlock new potentials.
"Acer Day helps connect us with our customers through music and different activities that allow them to try the products which provide tools that enable individuals to explore limitless possibilities and bring their ideas to life," said Sue Ong Lim, Managing Director of Acer Philippines.
The Acer Day 2024 concert, hosted by Luis Manzano, drew over 20,000 attendees to the MOA Arena, with many more tuning in via a Facebook livestream. The event featured a dynamic lineup of performances, starting with pop/alternative band Cup of Joe, who energized the crowd with hits such as "Wag na Lang" and "Estranghero."

Next up was singer-songwriter TJ Monterde, captivating the audience with performances of "Mahika," "Tulad Mo," and "Palagi."

OPM icon Ebe Dancel also wowed the crowd with his hits "Hari ng Sablay," “Makita Kang Muli,” “Wag Kang Umiyak,” and “Bawat Daan.” He reflected on Acer’s support during the pandemic, recalling that when live gigs were scarce, Acer was the first to reach out, inviting him to perform for the company’s executives and employees at an intimate venue.

Meanwhile, OPM rockstar Rico Blanco elevated the atmosphere with classics including "Antukin," "Umaaraw Umuulan," "Your Universe," "Kisapmata," and "You'll be Safe Here."

The night continued with international star Sandara Park and P-pop sensations SB19 and G22, all Acer's brand ambassadors. Sandara Park and G22 premiered their new collaboration, "In or Out." Finally, it was Dara and SB19 for "Reset," a song they collaborated on for Acer in 2023.

G22, known as the "Female Alphas of P-pop," performed their tracks "Boomerang," "Bang," "One Sided Love," and "Loka." Likewise, Sandara, whose group 2NE1 is reuniting, kept the spirits high with "Dara Dara," "I Don't Care," and "I'm the Best+Can't Nobody."

SB19, the "Kings of P-pop," brought the house down with "Gento," "Hanggang sa Huli," "Crimzone" and an exclusive performance of "Kalakal," an unreleased song featuring rapper Gloc 9. The evening culminated with SB19 and G22 debuting "Limitless," Acer Day’s official theme song, which was composed by SB19 leader Pablo.
