Gogolook, developer of Whoscall, has recently added to its roster of impressive leaders with the appointment of Mel Migriño as Southeast Asia Regional Director for Information Security and Regulatory Alliance and Philippines Country Representative. In this role, Migriño will be responsible for leading Gogolook’s efforts to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the region, including government agencies, regulators, and industry associations to strengthen the capabilities of the company in providing industry-leading services.
She will also be responsible for developing and executing Gogolook’s information security and regulatory strategy. As Gogolook’s Country Representative, she will work hand in hand with the teams in developing partnerships and design and execute strategies for Whoscall’s expansion in both private and public sectors in making the Scam Free Pilipinas campaign more visible and impactful.

Her achievements include multiple international cybersecurity awards, such as Top 1 CSO30 ASEAN and Hong Kong, Security Leader of the Year by Women in IT Awards and a CIO100 Awardee by Foundry (formerly IDG).
She's also been acknowledged as a global cybersecurity influencer by IFSEC Global and as the foremost female representative in network cybersecurity by The Cyber Express. Furthermore, Mel Migriño has long been an advocate for the rights and development of women and actively promoting gender equality in the cybersecurity industry. She serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Women in Security Alliance Philippines (WiSAP) and Philippines CIO Association and an Executive Committee member of the ASEAN CIO Association.
