vivo Y30 5G has just been launched in Thailand. It's an affordable 5G smartphone that's priced at only THB 8,699 (~Php 13,220). The handset is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset which features an octa-core CPU operating up to 2.2GHz. It is supported by 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM, and is capable of allocating up to 2GB Extended RAM, if needed.

The Y30 5G frames a 6.51-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with high color saturation and eye protection mode for a comfortable user viewing experience. The front panel comes with a waterdrop notch which houses the 8MP, f/2.0 front camera. On the flipside, the phone is equipped with a dual-camera setup, consisting of a 50MP, f/1.8 main camera and a 2MP, f/2.4 bokeh camera.
The camera features include Super Night Mode on both the rear and front cameras for clear and bright night captures. Dual-View Video enables users to record video on both the front and rear camera at the same time, plus features like picture-in-picture mode, front and back split screen mode, new video effects, and more.
Y30 5G offers connectivity features such as dual SIM, dual 5G support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.1, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm jack. It packs a large 5000 mAh battery; however, it only supports 10W charging. The phone has a thickness of 8.25mm and weighs only 193 grams.
