Huawei is hosting the Huawei Service Carnival with a series of offers to provide better customer service for existing device users. It runs up until May 20 in the HUAWEI Support App, and comes with exclusive perks.

How to participate to the Huawei Service Carnival?

1. Update the Support App to version 10.1.10.310 or above (latest version) to participate and avail of exclusive vouchers.
2. Register with the app and login with a Huawei ID.
3. Find the banner of this activity, tap to enter the page, and tap the claim button to redeem the benefits.

Huawei mobile, tablets, and PC users can join this campaign. Also, the serial number per device is eligible to claim one coupon for one time only.

Discount Coupon for Service Repair

The discount voucher can only be used at Huawei Authorized Service Centers nationwide. This offer is also applicable to out-of-warranty Huawei devices. 

• Only the labor fee is waived which is ₱450 for Phones, tablets, wearables, audio devices and ₱900 for PC.
• Cost for spare parts will still be charged as indicated. 
• Repair discounts for select Huawei devices is available via free labor voucher.

How to avail of the Repair Discount Voucher?

1. Tap on the claim button of the coupon.
2. Tap on claim button to view the coupon code.
3. Show the coupon code to Service center staff.

Only the device used to claim the discount voucher is eligible.

Free 3 months of 50GB Huawei Cloud Storage

Huawei Mobile Cloud new users can enjoy 3-month 50GB Cloud Storage for free.

• Only new Huawei Cloud users can claim this coupon, the user must not have used Huawei Cloud Storage prior to claiming the voucher.
• Users have to click the Upgrade Storage, then subscribe to the 3 months 50GB RM0 package to avail of the free storage. Users also need to unsubscribe after 3months since this an auto-reloaded package .
• Huawei Cloud will waive the unused storage space after 3 months.

Free System Upgrade and Cleaning Services

For select models, you can repair out-of-warranty device at a lower price for repairs of LCD screens,  back covers, mainboards, and more at all-in-promotional prices which includes spare parts and free labor.
