5 Reasons Why I Love the ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1

The ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1 definitely has its own place in the mid-range segment. In the Philippines, it’s one of the most sought-after handsets due to its battery and sleek software. There are more to love about this device but I trimmed my list to five. Here are the 5 best things I love about the ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1.

1. Battery Beast

Being in the company’s Max line, the handset definitely has some spunk when it comes to battery efficiency. It’s juicy 5000 mAh battery gives power users a full day of gaming and multimedia. But if you’re a moderate user like me, you’ll be surprised that it could last almost two days of use.

You don't have to hug that wall outlet frequently. The Zenfone Max Pro M1 could be a reliable device in long travels and outdoor activities.

2. Metallic Design

Even if it crams one of the bigger battery capacities in mobile, I love the fact that ASUS did not sacrifice the design. The Zenfone Max Pro M1 is still chic; and to be honest, I could still consider it to be a thin handset.

Most of all, it does not look cheap. You’ll love sporting this handset, especially the black variant which also gives off a deeper bluish tone.

3. Very Good Display

ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1’s display is a winner. Its almost 6-inch display is wide, and offers immersive experience when streaming on your favorite apps. The screen real estate is also optimized for gaming offering users better grip on the top bezel and the chin.

It has 19:8 aspect ratio, by the way, and I think the LCD display is better than other handsets with Full HD+ screens.

4. Stock Android software

I am a purist, and the stock Android experience definitely fits right into my list. Sure there are few bloatwares but the overall experience of Android 8.1 Oreo is definitely one for the books. The interface is clean and smooth. The notification shade and control center being in one place eases things up. And yes, everything is in their proper places.

The best thing of it being a stock Android smartphone? The promise of future updates! Who wouldn’t love a great after-sales support right?

5. The Price

Lastly, I would like to point out that the ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1 is just priced at Php 9,995. It’s a 3GB RAM version and it’s certainly enough to keep things smooth on top of the buttery Android 8.1 Oreo software.

Previously, this model was online-exclusive, but you can now buy it in your favorite ASUS stores and partner dealers. If you want to have a beefier variant, you can get the 4GB RAM version which costs as low as Php 12,995.

Agree with our list? How about you, what features of the ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1 would you like to add on our list?
