Vivo X9 and X9 Plus are now official. These smartphones come with whopping 4GB and 6GB of RAMs, respectively, and dual front camera module. The popular brand is getting a good traction in the mobile scene and the release of these handsets might cement its place in the fiercely contested smartphone market.
The Vivo X9, X9 Plus
The Vivo X9 and X9 Plus come with full HD display (1080 x 1920p resolution), the smaller one is framed at 5.5-inch while the Plus version has 5.88-inch screen. They also vary in terms of chipset, the bigger X9 Plus packs a more powerful Snapdragon 653 SoC, while the regular X9 mounts a Snapdragon 625. However, it is a different story when it comes to the camera.
Both the Vivo X9 and the Vivo X9 Plus packs a dual front camera setup - a 20MP Sony IMR376 with f/2.0 and an 8MP secondary sensor. On the flip side, there's a 16MP rear camera, also with f/2.0 aperture and Phase Detection autofocus.
Vivo X9 and X9 Plus boast 4G LTE connectivity, Fingerprint sensor and Hi-Fi AKM4376 DAC speakers. Both Vivo X9 and X9 Plus boot with Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Vivo's proprietary FuntouchOS 3.0.
There's no word about its availability in the Philippines yet but we're pretty sure it'll hit our shores in the coming months. We'll keep you posted.
