Torque Droidz
Quart breaks in the sub-3K quad-core platform. Living up to the handset’s
name, the "Quart" offers four 1.2-gigahertz CPU inside and a 4-inch
IPS display with WVGA resolution. The screen is nothing different to most of
the 4-inch entry level panels today - that's 480 x 800 pixels if you need to be
more specific.
So why buy the Torque Droidz Quart?
The handset
is a “good buy” simply because it is offered in a rock-bottom price of Php
2,999 without sacrificing the number of cores and the 1GB of RAM. It's very
rare to see a sub-3K handset in the local market with a full gigabyte of RAM
these days.
Other Features
Aside from
the aforementioned features, everything else is pretty basic - 5-megapixel main
camera, 8GB internal memory, 3G and 2G connectivity and dual SIM connectivity.
It is also
worth noting that its front camera is packed with a 2-megapixel sensor for your
selfie shots. While its battery has not been disclosed yet, Torque stressed
that the device will run with Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
You'll have
the Torque Droidz Quart in Pink, White, Brown, Light Blue, Dark Blue and Black
hues. Check out the rest of the specs after the fold.
