Samsung announces Galaxy Muse: the smarter iPod Shuffle-ish MP3 player

Samsung introduces an iPod Shuffle-ish device called the Galaxy Music. This gadget basically acts like your defunct mp3 player with the capability of standalone sync with your Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note smartphones. That makes it even smarter than your iPod Shuffle.

You heard it right, you can sync playlist, artist and music from your phones to this device without even going through your PC. The Galaxy Muse uses the specified Muse Sync app on phones for it to drive songs in its system.

Specs-wise, Galaxy Muse has a fair share of 4GB internal memory. The device itself is treated with Samsung's proprietary SoundAlive for enhanced music quality. It juices up to 6 hours of playing time so you'll never have to worry with frequent recharging.

Galaxy Muse is available in Pebble Blue and Marble white and priced at $49.99 - roughly Php 2,200.
