Sony adds rugged handsets Xperia Acro S and Xperia Go to NXT line up

Sony announces two new Xperias that will fall in its NXT Generation Android line – the Sony Xperia Acro S and Sony Xperia Go. You can tell that these are Xperiaphones by the looks of it – a thought that Sony established upon unveiling the NXT line last year.

But what makes these new phones different from its predecessor is its ruggedness. According to Sony, these phones are water-proof and have enhanced protection against elements.
