CES 2012 update: Lenovo K91 to be the first ICS-powered Smart TV


Lenovo is showing off the first-ever Ice Cream Sandwich-powered Smart TV in the Consumer Electronics Show 2012 (CES). The Lenovo K91 is the top of the line LED TV, powered by Qualcomm 8060 Snapdragon processor.
It’ll be clocked in 1.5 GHz speed, 8 GB of internal storage and 2 GB SD card running on Android’s latest OS, Ice Cream Sandwich. Furthermore, Lenovo will also sport the next generation of IdeaPad that could run with 20 hours of battery life.
However, this will only be released in its motherland, China. The rest of the world will soon to follow.

Update: A 42-inch screen will be available in the market. However, Lenovo confirms that there will be a 55-inch variant for this same LED technology.
