Nokia 6 (2018)
is now official. The handset stirred the waters in the midrange department last
year; and HDM Global, the company behind that licensed the Nokia brand, is set
to continue that feat with the recent installment of the Nokia 6.

The Nokia 6 (2018)
Specs-wise,
the Nokia 6 (2018) is, of course, better than what we had last year. Though this year’s
Nokia 6 will still sport a 5.5-inch Full HD display, it comes with beefier specs and connectivity. The smartphone ticks
with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 chipset that features 2.2GHz octa-core
Cortex-A53 processor and Adreno 508 GPU. The SoC is also coupled with 4GB of
RAM which definitely promises a lot in terms of performance and power
efficiency. You’ll have a 32GB native storage which could also be expanded up
to 128GB via microSD card.
The Nokia 6 (2018)
shapes up to be a capable camera device with its 16MP rear camera. It also
mounts an 8MP front shooter for crisp social media selfies. The handset will
boot with Android 7.1.1 and will be powered by 3000 mAh battery.
Nokia 6 (2018) Price and Availability
This 172-gram
device comes with a USB Type C connectivity for faster charging and data
transfer. The Nokia 6 (2018) is priced at CNY 1499 which is roughly Php 11,500
in our current exchange rate. There's a high chance that the handset will be released here in the Philippines since HMD Global is one of the players in the local smartphone scene.
