F5 is now official in the Philippines. The handset is the company's hero device
this quarter and is expected to clash with other FullView handsets that sport
18:9 aspect ratio. The Oppo F5 is a stunningly designed handset with an almost
bezel-less display. But aside from the new display and premium construction,
the Oppo F5 has a lot to offer on the table.

For
one, the handset now comes with an AI Beauty Recognition Technology which
specifically learns the facial features of different people from its global
database of million human faces. You can also unlock the Oppo F5 using your
face.
The
screen is now a 6-inch FHD+ LTPS TFT LCD with 1080 x 2160p resolution. The handset ticks with a MediaTek MT6763T
which churns with an octa-core CPU and Mali G71 MP2 graphics worker.

Moreover, the Oppo F5's chipset is also coupled with a beefy 4GB of RAM and 32GB internal
storage. The latter can be expanded via microSD card. When it comes to the
cameras, the Oppo F5 boasts the 20-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture. The
handset is even capable of Portrait selfies with artificial blur. The rear
camera is a 16MP affair with a bigger f/1.8 aperture.
Oppo F5 Pricing and Availability
This
152-gram smartphone is only priced at Php 15,990 and will be available in
pre-order starting October 27 until November 3. It will go on sale on November
4. All pre-ordered Oppo F5 units will come with a free Olike Bluetooth speaker priced
at Php 2,990.
