Cherry Mobile showcases the second installment to its popular action cam series, Explorer, in CeBIT 2016 in Germany. The device dubbed as the Explorer 2 is defined by its 12-megapixel camera with 170-degree wide-angle lens.
This
smart action camera is expected to have a higher asking price compared to the
previously released Explorer (Php 3,999 retail price). However, the Explorer 2
comes with a very convincing specs sheet.
For
one, it ticks with a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. It is
also worth-noting that this smart action cam will boot with Android 5.1
Lollipop. Plus, you can copy your pictures on the go with its USB OTG
connectivity.
As
for the pricing, it is estimated that the Cherry Mobile Explorer 2 may hit a
sub-7K price standpoint. Cherry Mobile might be releasing the action camera in
May.
