Acer announces Liquid E2: 4.5-inch display, 1.2 GHz quad-core CPU, 1GB RAM, 8MP camera and Android 4.2.1

Acer guns for the European market as it releases the second generation Liquid E phone. The Acer Liquid E2 is running in quad-core CPU with an optional SIM card slot.

Acer highlights the phone's zero shutter delay feature which gives a bragging rights to its 8MP rear camera on top of its 1080p video recording. Likewise, it has a capable 4.5-inch IPS display for wide viewing angles at 445 pixels per inch. However, I'm more interested in the DTS Sound feature which throws a dual-speaker audio impressions.

Other features include a gigabyte of RAM, 4GB internal memory (that can be expanded up to 32 GB), a 2MP front camera and one of the latests versions of Android ( Jelly Bean 4.2.1). Not bad!

Currently, it is priced at 229 Euros (approximately Php 13K). But Acer has not disclosed the date when it'll be available in the Philippines or atleast in Asia-Pacific.
