In case you haven’t noticed, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 is now
available in the Philippines for just Php 12,990. Basing on Sammy’s
nomenclature, Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 is the official successor of the popular Galaxy
Tab 7.0. Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 may not be the king of 7-inch android slate but it
has its fair share of spunk to offer tab lovers.
This bump-off of the original Tab 7.0 runs in a 1GHz Cortex
A9 dual-core CPU with PowerVR SGX540 GPU. The 1GB of RAM is a good deal for
your big working files, an expandable microSD slot is also a welcome feature. And it would also please
anyone because of infused with Ice Cream Sandwich (out of the box).
Other options for the 7-inch department are the better-packed
Galaxy Tab 7.0 plus (which is more expensive and Exynos-driven) and the current Android tablet
king, Google Nexus 7. There’s no specified date, however, for the Nexus 7 to
hit the country. Plus, the rumored iPad Mini which is slated to have a
7.86-inch screen is holding prospective buyers until the last quarter of the
year.
