HTC Desire C features 3.5-inch display, ICS, Sense 4.0 and Beats Audio

HTC Desire C might sounds like a late comer from HTC’s 2011 line-up but this new handset is definitely a member of the HTC One family. This midrange handset will be infused with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and will come with Dr. Dre’s Beats Audio. Its hardware is purely engineered in a fully-metal frame body that hypes in 12 mm thickness and 3.5-inch display.

This Qualcomm  Snapdragon S1 powered device runs in 600MHz with 512MB of RAM. You can see the resemblance of Desire C with the HTC Explorer. However, it rocks a 5MP shooter with F/2.8 aperture and 34mm focal length, a camera feature that could not be found in most of the midrange devices. Plus, having it carry the HTC sense 4.0 user interface makes it a good catch.
In the memory department, it comes with on-board 4GB storage (also comes with 25GB cloud storage from Dropbox for 2 years). The micro SD slot is also a welcome feature if your digging on it. HTC Desire C will be in Polar White, Stealth Black and Flamenco Red. Price is approximately Php 11,000 and will be available later this month or early June.
