HTC is now prepping up for the release of Ice Cream Sandwich update and according to them; the update will be in the “next few weeks.” In line with the previouslyreported story last year, HTC will bring the ICS initial update to its former flagship phones – HTC Sensation, HTC Sensation XE, etc. They are now on the details of hooking up with partner carriers in countries all over the world.

Handsets with HTC Sense 4.0 interface will retain their interface once they have been updated with the ICS. So if you want to experience the ICS theme, this may disappoint you a bit because the Taiwanese manufacturer had been very keen in developing this newest user interface. Your device may not have the interface like that of the Galaxy Nexus, but performance like Face Detection and enhancement are still impressive.

If you receive the update in the next few days, you might a s well want to share some stories in the comments section.
