President Benigno S. Aquino declares October 31, Monday, to be a Special Non-Working holiday under Proclamation No. 265 throughout the Philippines.
October 31 falls between a Sunday and the All Saints Day (November 1). Thus, this holiday will give a chance for Filipinos to fully observe the All Saints Day.
Employees required by their companies to render services will be receiving additional payment as prescribed by the law. So this will again be a long weekend for all of us. Those planning to go home in line with this holiday will have a chance to finalize their itinerary.
